Key Responsibilities
Introduce qualified prospective yacht buyers, sellers and charter clients to Engel & Völkers Yachting
Identify opportunities within your professional, luxury and personal networks
Facilitate warm introductions and provide helpful relationship context to the appropriate advisor
Represent the Engel & Völkers Yachting brand with professionalism, discretion and integrity
Maintain trusted long-term relationships and remain connected to referred clients when appropriate
Collaborate with our advisors so every introduction receives attentive, client-first service
Participate in selected events, networking opportunities and brand initiatives when mutually appropriate
Protect client confidentiality and follow approved referral and communication practices
Qualifications
An established reputation and a trusted professional or personal network
Relationships within yachting, luxury goods and services, real estate, wealth management, hospitality, travel, aviation, automotive, marine or adjacent circles
Professional judgment, discretion and a client-first mindset
An authentic interest in yachting, travel and the luxury lifestyle
Comfort making warm introductions and maintaining long-term relationships
Clear communication, reliability and consistent follow-through
The ability to represent an international luxury brand professionally
